Weekly interactions to review and alter your meal, lifestyle, and exercise plans. Phone, Whatsapp and email support throughout the program for all your queries
Special meal planning for special occasions like work travel, holiday, wedding, festivals etc
Medical report evaluation if required


POST- CONSULTATION PROGRAM
We maintain a lifelong relationship with you and provide you support anytime you need.
A document summarising all the learnings from the program and practical lifestyle guidelines for the situations you will face going forward
